At Titech Electric A/S, they assemble and connect electrical components in switchboards that turn on, control and stop.

Titech, which today is one of Denmark's leading suppliers of electrical panels, was started by Ulrik Juul. As a young electrician, Ulrik Juul laid the foundation for Titech Electric A/S when he started a small production of electrical panels in his basement. In true entrepreneurial fashion, he cuts wires and assembles electrical panels in the late evening hours - often with the help of family and friends. Customers are few at first, but based on close relationships and mutual trust. Ulrik's vision is to create a large company through close dialog with each customer, coupled with expertise and a rational approach to each project.
What started as an entrepreneurial dream in Funen quickly grew as demand increased and the company acquired competitors. The expertise in distribution boards that is present in Central Jutland leads Ulrik to set up a department in Herning in 2007. The department is staffed by skilled employees, some of whom are former colleagues from Ulrik's first job as a newly qualified electrical installer at demex electric.
In 2010, Titech Electric acquires Grene Industri Service in Ringe. The following year - in 2011 - the acquisition of Kemp & Lauritzen's switchboard department in Svendborg followed. In 2014, Titech Electric acquires the company KS-Automatic in Herning.
And in January 2025, Titech announced that it will become part of the Elcor Group, the Nordic region's largest manufacturer of electrical panels for industrial automation and electrification of society. The partnership will seek to create better opportunities for servicing customers and growth opportunities in new segments across the Nordics and Europe.
The Elcor Group was established in 2023 when the private equity fund Axcel invested in the Danish electrical panel manufacturers tic elkas and Eegholm. With Titech as part of the group, Elcor now consists of six Nordic companies and employs more than 1,000 people across 14 locations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland and Lithuania. Titech is one of Denmark's leading electrical panel manufacturers and has since 1998 delivered customized solutions to some of the country's most advanced production facilities, including Novo Nordisk and Novonesis, and to data centers across Europe.
