The strategy canvas provides an overview of which competition parameters are in play in relation to the company's products. In addition, the strategy screen provides an insight into the added value customers get from the current product on the market.
The horizontal axis lists the factors in the industry that are currently being competed on. The vertical axis shows how factors are prioritized. See example below.
